My journey started in 2020, entering into the world of personal development and getting really curious with myself and living another way. From not feeling fulfilled, to starting my business, the fears and unknowns, taking a leave of absence from my job (unheard of), deciding to leave and getting out of my comfort zone. This was also in conjunction with my relationships, letting go of friendships that were out of alignment with who I was becoming, starting to date outside of my preferences, letting go of the independent girl doing everything on her own and not needing a man, and claiming I was actually worthy of being happy, successful, in love and connected to what I wanted for my life.
We have all had moments like this, do you have a moment where you got out of your comfort zone and had a big impact in your life? Or do you have somewhere that feels comfortable now but you’re not feeling fulfilled?
I invite you to get really honest with yourself here and do some reflecting that Guy Hendrick’s offers in his book The Big Leap:
It is SO normal to feel resistance and fear of letting go of what’s comfortable and it’s about getting curious with yourself. WE DID NOT LEARN THIS IN SCHOOL.
Guy says, “fear is excitement without the breath” which means fear and excitement are two sides of the same coin, you can turn fear into excitement by breathing into it or excitement into fear if you stop breathing! We actually don’t want to get rid of our fears, we want to notice them, acknowledge them and breathe into them.
We come up against “upper limit problems” says Guy when we are feeling good, making money or in love and come up against limiting old beliefs such as “I don’t deserve this”, “I can’t possibly feel this good, make this money or be in love”, feeling shame or guilt for having it and then you start losing the money, fighting with your partner, or even getting sick. The practice is not letting the old belief win and practicing expanding your capacity for the good feelings.
I talk about this a lot in my group program, Becoming Magnetic. We think that when we have the thing, we will be happy but it’s really about sourcing positive feelings now, rather than waiting for something to happen. This is why a gratitude practice is so important and compounds into more positive thoughts. Take a moment and breathe into what feels really good to you right now!
If you have big desires but feel blocked by limiting beliefs and fears on how to bring them to life. If you want to start putting yourself first and cultivate daily practices that give you more energy, confidence, clarity and connection, then my group program, Becoming Magnetic, is for you.

Thank you for being here!
