Hopefully, you are now a little clearer on your desires after reading my last blog post (if you haven’t explored that one yet, I suggest heading back and giving it a read here first!)

Having strong desires, being clear on your vision and speaking it out to the universe ignites the manifestation process, but it’s also important to think about the reason behind your desires. For example: if you want a loving relationship, the reason behind it may be to have someone to travel with, to create a family with. If you want a new job, maybe it’s to have more freedom and time for play. If you want more money, maybe it’s to take time off to travel to Europe for a month.

Danielle LaPorte, author of The Desire Map, says, “You’re not chasing the goal itself, you are actually chasing the feeling that you hope to achieve that goal will give you.”

So, as you tap into your desires and visions you are bringing to life, let’s also get radically honest and identify the feelings that you want to experience. Your why is the fuel behind your vision and will support you in creating momentum. 

Here are some questions to support you in tuning into your why:

• What do you want more energy for?

• How do you want to feel?

• What’s the reason behind the want?

• What parts of my life would change if this shift happened? 

Grab your favorite journal, light a cancel, get yourself cozy and write out 5 things that you are currently desiring to call in. Now take a deep breath and tune into how having each of these things would make you feel. The main emotion that you would feel if you already have it? Do this for each of your 5 desires and note down the emotion that you feel. 

It’s tuning into this emotional frequency that aligns you to your manifestations! And this is what we deepen in my programs, as the real magic comes from when we become the embodiment of the things we desire. This is when we truly become a true magnet for all that we desire!
